Workout Tips

George Porter is a Master Personal Trainer with training certifications from the American Council on Exercise, National BioAssociation of Sports Medicine, and an honorary certification from the American Council of Sports Medicine.  He has a degree from the University of Washington and has been in the fitness industry for over  50 years.  He has travelled extensively and has helped establish fitness centers in the Middle East as well as China.  He has been both a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter and has written numerous articles in both fields. He has trained athletes in various fields as well as average individuals some with serious limitations.  He is the owner of Costa’s Gym and is available for individual consultations and training sessions.
